Question/Comment:

I just started using it. I am currently taking a weight training course at a local college, so far I have yet to see any result but I can say that it makes me a little queasy, nothing unbearable.

Answer/Reply:

doing creatine is great for muscle recovery do it before your workout and after it speeds recovery also you might want to try glutemine it is alos for recovery, I am 34 doing hardcore workouts 7 days a week and doing P90x and other cardio and Creatine is great just do before your workout your body prodduces creatine but not enough to speed recovery after a intense workout that is why there is a need to suplement. good Luck and it take time to see results. just keep at it results will come in time

Question/Comment:

Does anyone know if its good for woman too? Or is it just a waist of time?

Answer/Reply:

Well I'm not sure if your using it for anything other than as an athletic supplement, but creatine is just as effective, if not more effective, in women as it is in men. It is found that women tend to see greater results from creatine supplementation due to the idea that women eat less meats than men (the primary source of creatine in food).
