iGuard is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. You can navigate the majority of our site without giving us any personal information about yourself. However, we need additional information about you in order to provide personalized information or services such as the iGuard Medication Safety Check, iGuard Drug Safety Ratings and iGuard Drug Safety Alerts.

The Information We Collect

Each time you receive an automated email message, at the bottom of the email, you will be provided with a a link to cancel your registration if you so choose. Or you can simply send an email to support@iGuard.org to unsubscribe.
2. On all pages, you can access the "Contact Us" link to email iGuard for more information. Other pages contain other links to email specific functions at iGuard.org.
3. Patients consenting to hear about research opportunities may be invited to participate in a survey. The information we collect as part of the survey is deidentified. However, we may collect some identifying information from you solely for mailing you compensation for your time in completing the survey. This identifying information is retained for accounting purposes for up to one year.

The Way We Use Information

We store the information you provide about yourself in a secure database in order to provide you with the information, products, and/or services you request. The information is stored for the lifetime of the database unless you request that it be removed. The information you provide us about yourself will be shared with iGuard personnel to the extent necessary to accommodate your request. You can also update your information at any time.

For example, if you provide your name, telephone, and email address and request more information about iGuard services, this information will be shared with appropriate personnel to fulfill your request.
